As a Business Development Specialist for The Chad Wilson Group, you would be the first point of contact for our potential clients; setting the stage for our team to fulfill its mission of applying the highest standards of excellence, professionalism, integrity and service to our clients’ real estate experiences. With a passion for people and a commitment to serve their needs, you will connect with our clients and coordinate a real estate experience for them that matches their desire with our expertise.

What You'll Do

  • Tenaciously prospect for, qualify, and follow up with seller and buyer leads
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline through the sales cycle using our CRM
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Convert leads into scheduled appointments with the Listing and Buyer Specialists on our team
  • Keep track of completed tasks and goals to measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks
  • Stay informed and educated on The Chad Wilson Group active listings
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure clients’ needs are met

  • A proficiency for learning multiple online systems, including CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Prior experience in customer service and sales preferred but not required
  • A valid MO real estate licenses (or the ability to obtain)

What Else

  • Compensation: Base of $20,000, with commission potential to earn $48k-$76k+ to Licensed Realtors (with an additional potential Year End Bonus)
  • Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day – exact days are flexible
  • Metrics: 12 months in you should be consistently setting 10 appointments per week and receiving commission on 14-15 closings per month
